Visit by Vocalensemble Ars Nova, Hamburg - 8th - 11th April 2011

Vocalensemble Ars Nova, Hamburg, and their Director of Music, Volkmar Zehner joined us for the Bach B Minor Mass concert on Saturday 9th April. A chamber choir of about 20 people, they stayed with members of the Choral Society over the weekend. On the Sunday they performed in their own concert in the Cathedral and then members of both choirs joined together for a meal at Don Vincenzo's on the High Street.
